With Malice Toward None, Abraham Lincoln-An American Icon is a  five movement choral masterwork written by Teresa Tedder.  With a text based primarily on Lincoln's own words, the music enriches and celebrates the depth of his thought and the beauty of his language.  The piece emphasizes one of Lincoln’s guiding beliefs, the right of all to freedom and equality.

Created to mark the grand occasion of the bicentennial of President Lincoln’s birth, this piece can be performed in its entirety or each section can be performed individually.

It is written to be accessible to college, high school, community and church choirs.  The full score includes brass, tympani and piano, but it can also be performed effectively with piano accompaniment. Listen to audio and view the sheet music for the Lincoln Cantata.
